By checking the box below I hereby accept responsibility for the iValidate iPod reader and all accessories (charging cables, charging blocks, etc.). I will maintain all equipment in a secure environment and will use the reader only for the event(s) as listed above. When the reader is not in use, it will be stored in a secure manner. If iPod or accessories are lost, stolen or damaged, the user is responsible for the cost of each reader and/or accessory, which is equal to $2,000. The user’s account would automatically be charged this amount.
