Post-Baccalaureate Students
You are a post-baccalaureate student if you have already completed a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and are returning to complete additional coursework or certification.
At Â鶹ƵµÀ Western, post-baccalaureate students may be seeking initial teacher licensure, an additional content-area or grade-level endorsement, or a post-baccalaureate or graduate certificate.
Post-baccalaureate applicants must submit all of the following:
- Â鶹ƵµÀ Western Application for Admission.
- Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended.
- Immunization records or the Online Student Immunization Waiver.
- Any additional information requested by the academic program or Admissions Office.
Applicants should indicate that they have already completed a four-year degree to access the appropriate post-baccalaureate program options. Â鶹ƵµÀ Western’s existing application instructions direct post-baccalaureate applicants to choose “Post-baccalaureate Student†and “C±ð°ù³Ù¾±´Ú¾±³¦²¹³Ù±ð.â€
After Admission
After admission, a faculty advisor will review previously completed coursework and prepare an individualized Plan of Study. The plan will identify any coursework that applies toward the program and outline the remaining requirements.
