Enrollment and Degree Verifications

Â鶹ƵµÀ has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide enrollment and degree verification services. Enrollment and degree verification may be accessed at the  website. Enrollment verifications are reported on a regular (typically monthly) basis to the NSC. Degrees awarded are reported to the NSC at the end of each academic semester.

All lenders, employers, recruiting agencies, prospective employees, graduate admissions offices, banks, etc. are encouraged and should utilize the  as an enrollment and degree verification tool.


Student Requests for Enrollment or Degree Verification

Loan Deferment/Forbearance, Alaska PFD, Good Student Discount Loan Deferment, Forbearance, Alaska PDF, Good Student Discount and any other forms sent directly to the student that require proof of enrollment, academic, or degree verification may be submitted by mail, fax, in person, or through an email sent from the students Â鶹ƵµÀ email account with a full listing of the required information needed in the request including an address where the information requested should be sent.

A generic loan deferment form is . The student should make sure to complete all applicable information prior to submission to the Registrar’s Office for completion (section 1 and 3) and the student’s signature is provided as noted on the form. Incomplete forms cannot be processed and will be returned to the student without processing.

Other Enrollment or Degree Verification

For all other enrollment verifications, students may submit the enrollment verification request form and return it to the registrar’s office.
