Policy
Â鶹ƵµÀ recognizes that its students retain the rights provided by the United States and Â鶹ƵµÀ Constitutions, Federal and State statutes, and other applicable University policy, while attending Â鶹ƵµÀ. The provisions of Â鶹ƵµÀ Policy 101.1 Student Conduct Code are intended to be consistent with these rights, and to limit or restrict only conduct that goes beyond the responsible exercise of these rights recognized by law.

The purpose of this policy is to outline the rights and responsibilities of students at the University of Â鶹ƵµÀ Western.
